About me

My name is Karina Motyka, and I am an attorney who passionately and wholeheartedly supports both individuals and businesses in Wrocław. I specialize in family, civil, business, and corporate law, combining my knowledge with experience gained both in Poland and abroad.

My legal journey began at the University of Wrocław and later took me to Germany, where I studied Polish and international law at the University of Mannheim. I have enriched my education with numerous certifications and specialized courses, including language training, which has broadened my horizons and enhanced my skills.

I gained my professional experience in law firms, where I represented clients in various judicial and extrajudicial matters, as well as during internships in courts and at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Lima, Peru. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of legal processes and the ability to prevent problems before they arise.

In my practice, I place particular emphasis on family law matters, such as divorces, division of assets, and child custody issues, as well as inheritance and civil law cases. I also assist entrepreneurs, offering legal support in their day-to-day operations and in situations requiring intervention before administrative bodies and courts.

Outside of work, my life is filled with the rhythms of Latin American dance, the sound of a camera shutter, and travels that inspire me to explore new perspectives. I am passionate about sports, especially cycling, which teaches me perseverance and goal-oriented determination—qualities I bring into my professional practice.
