Given that each case is unique, the fee for specific services is determined individually during the initial consultation with the client.

The engagement may involve a one-time service, handling a specific case, or ongoing legal support. The fee amount depends on the type of case, its complexity, the required workload, and the expected duration of proceedings.

In addition to the attorney’s fee, the total cost incurred by the client may include other necessary expenses, such as court or administrative fees (paid directly to the relevant court or authority), a power of attorney fee (PLN 17), or enforcement costs. Clients are always informed in advance of any additional charges.
